Shannon Tyson, RN
Owner | Director of Operations & Client Relations
For Shannon Tyson, caring for people starts with helping them feel comfortable, heard, and informed. Throughout her nursing career, she has supported patients and families through unfamiliar situations, knowing that a calm presence and a clear explanation can make a meaningful difference. She brings that same commitment to her role as owner of 3 T.I.E.R. Inspections.
Shannon's experience includes nursing leadership, facility administration, clinical education, and patient care coordination. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is continuing her education through a dual master's program in nursing and business administration. Her vision for 3 T.I.E.R. Inspections is rooted in a simple belief: people deserve to feel at ease when making important decisions about a property. To Shannon, feeling at home begins before someone walks through the front door — it begins with feeling supported along the way.
Jeremy Tyson, PMP, LEED AP BD+C
Professional Inspector
Jeremy Tyson is a professional inspector with 3 T.I.E.R. Inspections. He brings construction industry experience dating to 1997 and more than 15 years of project leadership to residential, commercial, and construction inspection services. His background includes healthcare, higher education, aviation, government, and commercial projects, with experience in building systems, construction quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), project delivery, and facility assessments.
As an inspector with 3 T.I.E.R. Inspections, Jeremy uses his technical knowledge to provide detailed evaluations and clear reporting that help clients understand property conditions and make informed decisions. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management and Civil Technology from the University of Houston.
